Jadual Pangsi: Jadual pangsi 4 minggu terakhir -

Untuk membuat jadual pangsi yang menunjukkan data 4 minggu terakhir (iaitu 4 minggu bergulir), anda boleh menambahkan lajur pembantu ke data sumber untuk menandakan rekod dalam 4 minggu terakhir, kemudian gunakan lajur penolong untuk menyaring data di jadual pangsi. Dalam contoh yang ditunjukkan, tarikh semasa adalah 25 Ogos 2019, dan jadual pangsi menunjukkan 4 lengkap sebelumnya. Apabila data baru ditambahkan dari masa ke masa, jadual pangsi akan terus mengesan 4 minggu sebelumnya berdasarkan tarikh semasa.

Padang

Dalam jadual pangsi yang ditunjukkan, terdapat empat bidang dalam data sumber: Tarikh, Jualan, Minggu, dan Penapis. Tapisan adalah lajur pembantu dengan formula yang menandakan 4 minggu terakhir. Minggu adalah ruangan penolong yang mengembalikan hari Isnin untuk tarikh tertentu (untuk kemudahan sahaja). Penjualan adalah medan nilai, dan Minggu telah ditambahkan sebagai medan Baris untuk dikelompokkan mengikut minggu:

Formula

Rumus yang digunakan dalam D5 (Minggu), disalin, adalah:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Formula ini mengembalikan Isnin minggu untuk tarikh tertentu.

Rumus yang digunakan dalam E5 (Filter), disalin ke bawah, adalah:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
